Have you ever wished you could start over? Maybe you’re halfway through the semester and you’re kicking yourself for blowing off the first few quizzes. Isaiah 40 is like beginning again. The first half of the book (chs. 1–39) were dark and foreboding because the people’s sin was serious. But now we find a more explicit message of hope: God’s grace enables us to begin again.

Title: The Shepherd Warrior
